PaintBraille Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of PaintBraille. The voluntary PaintBraille study is separate and has its own terms.

The service

PaintBraille is still evolving. During pilot phases, it may contain errors, be interrupted or have some features changed.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and correct any problems that arise.

Your account

Your account is personal.

Creating an account does not necessarily imply immediate access to PaintBraille. During pilots or limited access we may grant, extend or withdraw access permissions.

Do not share your password or allow someone else to use a personal account on your behalf.

You can request deletion of your account by emailing soporte@paintbraille.com.

Your work

The materials you create or edit with PaintBraille still belong to whoever has the rights to them.

PaintBraille is designed to work locally with drawings, texts and images.

The content of your work is not included in our product telemetry.

Remember that browser recovery is no substitute for saving or exporting your files.

Telemetry

PaintBraille may use limited information about how the product is used and operates, through our own systems or specialist service providers, to understand which features are useful, detect errors and improve the service.

We do not use this information for advertising or to create an individual history of your work.

The company or institution that gives you access does not, by default, receive individual information about how you use PaintBraille.

Permitted use

You may use PaintBraille to create and edit materials within the terms of your type of access.

You may not:

• share a personal account or licence where this is not permitted;
• redistribute, resell or sublicense PaintBraille without authorisation;
• attempt to access other people's accounts or systems;
• deliberately interfere with the operation of the service;
• exploit a security vulnerability instead of reporting it.

Availability and changes

During a pilot we cannot guarantee that PaintBraille will operate without interruptions or errors.

We can modify the product and these conditions as the service evolves.

If a change is important to your relationship with PaintBraille, we will let you know when appropriate.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
